End Point Assessment

End Point Assessment (EPA) is taken at the end of the apprenticeship. The EPA is designed for the apprentice to demonstrate that they have met the required competency standards of the apprenticeship.

It is the role of the training provider and employer to work with the apprentice to ensure the apprentice is ready for EPA. End Point Assessment is managed by an impartial organisation called an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), such as Excel Me Apprenticeships.
